We're a small team, and every order matters to us. Here's exactly how it works, with no vague promises.
How long it takes
Most orders arrive in 5-14 business days.
- Packing: 1–2 business days
- Quality check: 1–2 business days
- Shipping: 3–10 business days, depending on where you are
You'll get tracking by email the moment it ships.
We know that's longer than Amazon. We're not Amazon. We're a small shop that would rather be upfront about the wait than promise two days and let you down.
If something goes wrong
- Changed your mind before it ships? Email us and we'll cancel and refund in full. No questions.
- Hasn't arrived in 30 business days? Tell us and we'll refund you in full.
- Arrived damaged or not right? Send a photo within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you.
